Our Leadership Team

Michael Tadros

CEO

With over a decade of leadership experience, Michael serves as CEO of Noggin Guru. He previously served as CEO of Lorman Education Services which was acquired by Noggin Guru in 2024. Prior to Lorman, Michael was Managing Partner at Trailview Partners and served on the Investment Committee at John Hancock Financial Services. Michael earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Ellen Grantham

CFO

With over 20 years of experience in finance and HR, Ellen Grantham has built a career supporting the dynamic needs of tech companies in IoT, HR, education, and marketing. A CPA with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Meredith College, she has been recognized with awards such as TBJ’s C-Suite and CFO of the Year. Ellen is known for bridging finance and HR, driving collaboration, and fostering organizational growth. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and kayaking with her family and dogs.

Holly Reitmeier

VP, Operations

Holly believes the key to leadership and success is to never stop learning. A Certified Distance Education Instructor and Certified Agile Leader, Holly has Fortune 500 experience with a focus on growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. With a strong family connection to education—her brother and sister-in-law both K-12 teachers in Upstate New York—Holly values the impact of lifelong learning. Outside of work, she is a passionate sports fan and enjoys comedy. Holly is a board member of the non-profit Oswego University Foundation, Inc.

Tyler Gregory

VP, Engineering

As an Engineering leader, Tyler is passionate about building high-performing teams in a culture of continuous improvement and delivery. He leverages extensive expertise in cloud technologies to drive innovative, scalable, and creative solutions to complex problems. Tyler believes that continuous learning and personal development is essential in the ever-evolving field of software engineering, where embracing new challenges and technologies is key to staying ahead and delivering meaningful solutions.

Halley Gesar

VP, Marketing

Halley brings more than 15 years of experience in e-learning, education, and operations B2B SaaS solutions including Actabl, Relias, Blackboard, and Rosetta Stone. Halley’s expertise spans marketing strategy, demand generation, and driving growth for software solutions that empower organizations to succeed in education and compliance. She holds both a Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.

Bruce Last

Director, Sales

With a rich background in sales and account management, Bruce has worked in diverse locations like London, New York and Hawaii. This global perspective of the learning and development space and his unwavering dedication to assisting clients in overcoming challenges, reflects his genuine commitment to their success. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and attending live music shows.

Joe Grussenmeyer

Director, Sales

With over 20 years of sales and leadership experience, Joe has a proven passion for unlocking potential in his people. Prior to joining Lorman, a Noggin Guru company, he developed and led high-performing sales teams at companies like Uber for Business, Konica Minolta, and Thomas Industrial Network. Joe's "never stop learning" mindset fuels both his leadership style and his commitment to customers. Outside of work, you’ll often find him coaching his sons' travel baseball teams.

Rick Bruce

Director, Product Development

Rick began his career in technology in 1983 working on early PC networking systems. Since 2009, he’s worked exclusively in the online learning industry and has helped develop and scale multiple industry-leading learning management platforms. Rick also enjoys mentoring teen performers and creatives. He is deeply committed to passing the skills he’s learned on to a new generation of talent, finding it both rewarding and essential work.

Samuel Fisher, Jr.

M&A Associate

As a previous entrepreneur and Client Relationship Manager, Sam brings a business-oriented and thoughtful perspective to Noggin Guru’s M&A processes. He’s passionate about building relationships with online learning business owners to deeply understand their mission and goals—not just the business itself. A proud lifelong learner, Sam has also worked as a banker and holds a deep, personal appreciation for the work and challenges of our customers.

Jim Triandiflou

Founder & Board Member

Jim Triandiflou is a four-time CEO with over 25 years of experience building companies as a Senior Executive, Board member, and Consultant to management. Jim is currently the Board Chair of the International Sports Sciences Association (tradename ISSA, backed by Tailwind Capital) and a Board member of CircleIn (American Family Insurance Institute for Corporate and Social Impact). He is also a long-time Board member of Special Olympics North Carolina and Board member for the non-profits Band Together and the SUNY Oswego University Foundation.

Rob Rogers

Board Member

Rob is a former Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Vista Foundation Fund at Vista Equity Partners, where he sat on the Investment Committee and Private Equity Leadership Committee. He spent two decades partnering with dozens of executive teams to grow software businesses of various sizes and stages, with a focus on operational excellence and talent development. Rob has served on the board of multiple online learning and education businesses, including Relias Learning, PeopleAdmin, and SumTotal Systems. Rob is a member of the Board of Trustees for St. Stephen’s Episcopal School.
