CARY, N.C. — Noggin Guru today announced the general availability of the new Noggin Guru Learning Platform, bringing accredited training content, learning administration, reporting and employee development together in one modern system.
The launch gives our customers an easier way to manage their training programs through one provider. Noggin Guru serves more than 1,000 organizations, has trained more than 500,000 professionals and offers a catalog of more than 2,000 courses across its BankersHub, Lorman and TRC Interactive brands.
Organizations often have to piece together the content employees need with separate technology for assigning, tracking and reporting on that training. Our new platform is designed to bring those functions together while also giving organizations the ability to manage their own internal learning content alongside Noggin Guru courses.

The platform supports the learners taking training as well as the administrators, managers, and instructors responsible for keeping training programs moving.

Learners get a focused dashboard for assigned, overdue, and coming due training. They also can download certificates and their Transcript at any time.

Managers can monitor their Team(s), assign training, and report on the employees they oversee.

Administrators can manage Users and Team(s), automate assignments, track completion and save & schedule recurring reports.

Organizations can upload their own courses and materials and manage them alongside Noggin Guru content.

Live training can be managed in the same environment, including session registration, attendance tracking, managing recordings, and reporting.
Less Manual Administration, Better Visibility
New administrative capabilities are designed to reduce repetitive work and make training status easier to understand. Auto-Enrollment Groups can assign training based on department, job title, location, team, hire date or customer-defined custom fields, while lookback windows recognize recently completed training when appropriate. An administrator dashboard surfaces engagement, completions and overdue learning, and eight standard reports can be exported or scheduled for recurring delivery.
AI-Enabled Search and Continuing Education Support
At launch, the platform includes two AI-enabled capabilities. Smart search helps learners and administrators find courses and users more quickly. Professional designation mapping connects licenses and certifications on a learner’s profile with courses carrying eligible continuing education credit, helping learners identify and earn credit through training they are already completing.
More Ways to Learn
Noggin Guru is also expanding interactive learning experiences across its content. New formats include escape-room-style courses, TV-show and sketch comedy formats, podcasts and other gamified experiences. Through Choose Your Experience, equivalent lessons can be grouped together, so learners may satisfy the same requirement through different formats when available.
Availability
The new Noggin Guru Learning Platform is available now. Existing customers will move to the new platform in phases at no additional cost, with user data, completion records, active enrollments and continuing education credit transferring automatically.
